Delivery and returns information
Our normal delivery terms are 5 working days from receipt of payment. Your order will be despatched 3-5 business days after all of your items are available to be dispatched, including pre-order items.
Delivery to a carrier shall be treated as delivery of the goods to the Buyer. Risk in loss of the Goods passes on delivery. The Company reserves the right to make delivery of the Goods by instalments. Whilst using all reasonable efforts to ensure that the Goods are ready for delivery on time, all delivery dates quoted are approximate only.
Orders are despatched by Royal Mail or Courier based upon the overall weight of items.
Returns are accepted for full refund within 30 days of the invoice date for the goods concerned. Any returns must be in re-saleable condition to qualify for a full refund. Return postage is payable by the customer unless agreed otherwise. Please contact the company if you want to return an item.

The delivery of Goods in the UK and elsewhere are despatched to the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense and liability, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Such charges as incurred by the Company will be invoiced at the same time or separately to the invoice of the Goods.
EU and rest of world postage charges are higher and will be calculated once the delivery destination is entered in the checkout process.
